Payments for Urban Bloom House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on urban-bloom.forum.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from contact@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Bulgaria norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.
